Earlier this week Conservative Council Group Leader Cllr SImon Bosher wrote to the Prime Minister and Deputy Prime Minister to call for an intervention to end the AQUIND Interconnector Scheme that will heavily impact on the eastern side of Portsmouth.
The Council Group, city MP and Conservative members have been united in opposing the scheme since the beginning.
If the Secretary of State is to still take the decision, we're calling on him to reject the AQUIND scheme. It is not wanted here in Portsmouth.
