Today I've been out and have met local traders and Paulsgrove people today. They gave me lots of positive feedback, and were very keen on our plans to invest in leisure facilities.
It was a pleasure to speak with the Manager of One Stop, Tony. Tony was keen to emphasise that businesses in the area provide a focal point for the community. He also emphasised that lots of pensioners use his shop, which they rely on for both produce but also a social element. Tony thinks that investment in the area is needed, and it can only go from strength to strength, as the community spirit is strong.
