This week we saw the Conservative council group grow by a further member. Baffins councillor Stephen Hastings has quit the UK Independance Party and joined the Conservatives.
Stephen had been a member of the Conservative party for more than 30 years and now that a referendum has been secured on the Britain staying in or leaving the European Union has been secured, he has returned to the Conservative fold.
