Councillor Lee Mason visited Cosham Library and other libraries during 'Book Week' (2nd-6th March 2015).
Councillor Mason said, "It's been great seeing so many schools across Portsmouth support the national Book Week campaign. It's important that Children are engaged with reading, and that they can read to a good level before they enter senior school.
I think that the Library Service across Portsmouth has done an exceptional job, as have teachers across our junior schools."
